He has vast experience in the areas of contracting, design, development, feasibility and consulting related to the management of engineering and construction initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>He stands out in the management of multidisciplinary and multinational teams, having developed initiatives for hotel and hospital building, military complexes and infrastructure for drinking water and drainage networks, among others.<\/p>\n<p>He has been responsible for the performance of different business units regarding standards and objectives in areas such as production efficiency and contract administration, cost control, sales, legal compliance, and human and financial resource management.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, Luis has participated in the analysis, negotiation and resolution of disputes in international contracts, as well as in the design and implementation of commercial strategies, plans and procedures.
