His expertise also covers development and public policies in trade, finance and climate change with special emphasis on international affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining <strong>WAGEMANN<\/strong>, he was the representative of the State of Chile on the Board of Directors of the World Bank, Deputy Director for International Affairs of the Ministry of Finance, Commercial Attach\u00e9 of Chile to the United Kingdom and Head of the Department of Services and Investments at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, he has held important technical positions representing the State of Chile in international fora as OECD, APEC, WTO, UN and the Pacific Alliance, among others.
